It is now confirmed that a girl will file suit against Joran van der Sloot for drugging and raping her. Two other girls who have come foward have not yet filed suits and it looks like they may not.

Not much is known about the meeting just that Oduber insured Twitty that the Aruban government is “looking for what happened”.

PHILADELPHIA — The father of the unborn child of a Philadelphia woman whose remains were found Saturday has been arrested and charged with murder, police say.
Twenty-four-year-old LaToyia Figueroa disappearance gained national media attention when she disappeared July 18 in West Philadelphia.
It is reported that divers will be searching in area a mile off of Aruba’s coast due to an anonymous tip. The search will be conducted early Saturday afternoon. It is suspected that a body could be found, however I would take that judgement with a grain of salt.
