Joran van der Sloot and Kalpoe Brothers Totally Free
An Aruba judge ruled that Joran van der Sloot along with Deepak and Satish Kalpoe can roam free with no restrictions:
ORANJESTAD, Aruba (AP)—A court ruled Wednesday that three suspects in the disappearance of a U.S. teenager can remain free without conditions—overturning an earlier decision that restricted their travel and required them to remain available to investigators.The appeals court ruled there was a “lack of sufficient grounds and serious suspicions” to keep the restrictions on Joran van der Sloot and two Surinamese brothers, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, the Aruban prosecutor’s office said.

If Beth releases the information she (and the case) will lose credibility. Then the suspects can never be re-arrested, because their lawyers will say the case is poisoned by the media.
I hope she doesn’t release anything and will solve this behind the scenes. I think we have had enough media attention.
