Notes:

– Paul van der Sloot: Was at court house today (not sure if he is in Aruba or in the Netherlands). He is seeking money for the time he spent in detention over the summer, when he was a suspect in the case. He was only in detention for 3 days. The amount of money he is seeking is unknown.

– Search: Cage was found in the water, it is described as a chicken cage. Jossy Mansur said it is big enough to fit a body in it. It has been reported missing for some time, however it is not known if it was reported missing before May 30. Again, the cage was found in the water on the shores outside of Aruba.

CORRECTION: Jossy said that a cage was “found missing” the same time that Natalee went missing! Language and accent caused it to be hard to understand. I listened to the video over and over to make sure.

– Progress: Jossy reports the government says they have made progress since there has been less media coverage in the way.
